Mental Health Outpatient Therapy

Our mental health program provides treatment for people suffering from moderate to severe levels of mental health disorder(s) that interfere with their daily functioning, such as work performance, relationships, and health.

Anxiety Disorders

Anxiety Disorders vary in presentation and severity. Symptoms of anxiety disorder fall into two categories, cognitive and physiological. Cognitive symptoms include feelings of tension, restlessness, and unease, difficulty concentrating, fatigue or being worn-out, irritability, and excessive worry. Physiological symptoms may include: rapid heart rate or increased blood pressure, sweating, trembling or shaking, perceived difficulty breathing, chest pains, dizziness, numbness or tingling, and temperature dysregulation.

Depressive Disorders

Depressive disorder can present with many different characteristics and varying degrees of severity. Symptoms of depression include difficulty concentrating and thinking, changes in appetite, feelings of hopelessness, loss of enjoyment in everyday activities, disrupted sleep patterns, loss of energy or constant fatigue, feelings of guilt, worthlessness, and self-hatred, and thoughts of suicide and/or death.

Psychiatric Services

Victory Bay ensures all clients receive psychiatric services and that consulting psychiatrists are a part of the multidisciplinary treatment.

Medication Management

Medication management is the ongoing process of meeting with a prescriber to evaluate mental health symptoms, formulate an appropriate highly individualized medication treatment plan, routinely review the effectiveness of the medication on target symptoms, and assess for side effects.

Group Therapy & Individual Therapies

Therapy, psychiatry, and group support are important in a well-rounded mental health treatment program. Clients have the flexibility to schedule their individual therapy sessions or treatments and attend group meetings at different times.
