Helping others has always been a big passion of Ryan’s, but he had no idea it would lead him to a career.
Ryan was born in Altoona PA and moved to South Jersey when he was 10. He graduated from Haddon Heights High School in 1998 and attended West Chester University and graduated with a BA in Communications in 2002.
Ryan’s addiction took hold of him during college, and for the next 17 years he found himself in and out of treatment before finally getting clean in Philadelphia and attending 12-step meetings which he continues to attend. He has always remained conscious of what he’s been taught in the rooms of recovery and never forgets where I comes’ from.
Since getting into the treatment field, I’ve worked as a house manager, alumni coordinator, and outreach coordinator. I’m incredibly excited and forever grateful for the opportunity to work at Victory Bay.
