Victory Bay Recovery Center is a state-of-the-art Outpatient Addiction Treatment Center located in Laurel Springs, New Jersey. We operate as a stand-alone facility that believes in quality client care, evidence-based treatment and the 12-step treatment model. We strive to change lives of our clients and our staff.

We are seeking a highly qualified Marketing Coordinator to join our team of compassionate recovery specialists. The right candidate has a passion to help others and loves working with a special staff!

Position: Marketing Coordinator
Facility: Victory Bay Recovery Center

Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $45,000-$50,000

Education/ Experience/ Credentials:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising
Proper English and grammar, usage and spelling
Software application related to the field
General offices principles and practices
Basic computer knowledge including email etiquette
Professional phone and customer service demeanor

Required licenses or certifications:

  • Current CPR Certification
  • Narcan Certified

Physical requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs.
  • Occasional to frequent walking, sitting, standing, driving
  • Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing)

Environmental Factors:

  • Communicable diseases
  • Hot/cold temperatures
  • Environmental conditions may vary

It started in 2017, when the Owners opened their first facility, a substance abuse treatment center, Victory Bay Recovery Center. They saw firsthand how people with addiction commonly experienced mental health conditions simultaneously. To achieve sustained and long-term recovery, one cannot be treated without treating the other.

Given how central the brain is to human health, its malfunctions should be a priority, separated from stigma, and treated on par with the diseases of the body. It’s a societal transformation that takes courage and focus. The Founders of Harmony Bay Wellness embarked on a valiant journey to build a facility that puts the mind first, fights the unnecessary and restraining stigmas surrounding mental healthcare, and provides a cohesive treatment approach.
