Our team is united in a front to break down the stigmas and shame associated with addiction and recovery. It takes an exceptional group of people that have an extraordinary capacity for empathy, thinking big, and creating change.
We believe outpatient aftercare should not be an afterthought. It is THE critical factor in solidifying life in Recovery and the tools to fight relapse. Victory Bay specializes in proven outpatient treatment for Substance Use Disorder.
We live recovery. We have a deep understanding of the hurdles, tribulations, and setbacks because we experience them. But we also have a fresh perspective on the joy, prosperity, and wholeness that comes with sobriety. We know it is worth fighting for.
Our clinical program, Phases, equips clients with the skills needed to achieve long term sobriety, while our convenient location, individualized client schedules, and acceptance of most insurance plans allows our clients to succeed in Recovery without interrupting their work, education, or family life.

Owners (Who are these guys…?)
A dynamic trio with complimentary talents, who together are fulfilling a meaningful and critical mission – transforming how people suffering from behavioral health conditions receive care, enabling them to live a full life.
It started in 2017, when the Owners opened their first facility, a substance abuse treatment center, Victory Bay Recovery Center. They saw firsthand how people with addiction commonly experienced mental health conditions simultaneously. To achieve sustained and long-term recovery, one cannot be treated without treating the other.
Given how central the brain is to human health, its malfunctions should be a priority, separated from stigma, and treated on par with the diseases of the body. It’s a societal transformation that takes courage and focus. The Founders of Harmony Bay Wellness embarked on a valiant journey to build a facility that puts the mind first, fights the unnecessary and restraining stigmas surrounding mental healthcare, and provides a cohesive treatment approach.

AJ Solomon
