Victory Bay Recovery Center is an Outpatient Behavioral Health facility that specializes in substance abuse treatment. We provide a unique blend of the medical model of chemical dependency treatment, combined with a 12-step based recovery process. Victory Bay Recovery Center's philosophy is based on the collective treatment experiences of its owners and staff. We are an organization that not only reflects our mantra of “providing effective treatment to those suffering from addiction,” but we also understand what effective treatment represents.
